We want you to be completely happy. Love it or send it back - it's that easy.

Simply send back the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of your purchase and any applicable taxes. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Toydrivers not purchased from our website.  We also do not accept returns on any international orders.

 

Return & Exchange Time Period

30 days for online purchases with original receipt or copy of order confirmation.

 

Defective/Damaged Products

If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product that you’ve purchased from us, we’re here to help!  Email us at hello@thetoydriver.com. Once we’ve confirmed that there’s something wrong with the product, we’ll email you a return authorization form or send you a replacement.

 

Refused Packages

Any refused or undeliverable package(s) returned to our warehouse will be refunded the original purchase price less fee of $10 + 10% of the original purchase price. This is because we incur the return shipping costs from FedEx.
